ufs2arco.targets.Anemoi.reconcile_missing_and_nans

Anemoi.reconcile_missing_and_nans() → None

This has to happen after add_dates() is called.

Here we do two things:

1. Make sure missing_dates show up as True in the has_nans_array (which propagates to has_nans, since :meth:`aggregate_stats: is called right after this.)

2. If we have NaNs that we should not have, report it as a missing date
